All guests have the right to quiet enjoyment and if behaviours of others impact on that enjoyment Motel management will take remedial action, subject to the level of corporation this may include having the breaching person(s) evicted without refund or if payment has yet to be made the breaching party will remain liable for the night's accommodation which will be payable upon demand. It is expected that noise will be kept to a minimum, particularly after 9.00pm.
As a guest should your enjoyment be impinged upon please inform the Motel management immediately.
We accept that guests and their visitors may consume alcohol however the room is not for parties and the terms and conditions outlined above apply.
To confirm a reservation formal photo ID may be required ie drivers licence or passport.
Visitors are requested to quietly leave the site no later than 10.00pm and do so without disturbing others.
Total numbers staying must be confirmed at the time of checking in.
There is a ban on smoking in the rooms, creating other objectionable odours, soiling, causing damage or introducing other contaminants that will affect the room being let. In such cases there will be a minimum charge equivalent to one night's standard tariff and the same for any further night(s) the room is unable to be let. Additionally individuals causing damage will be liable for the cost of repairs. These charges, once established, are payable upon demand.
Pets may be welcome, this is subject to prior approval.
Illegal activities will be reported and the offending individual(s) will be asked to leave under the tariff conditions outlined above.
Payment of the tariff is in full upon arrival, unless a prior arrangement is agreed to.
Motel management reserve the right to decline a reservation regardless of source.
Should an individual have an overdue amount owed this will be referred to a collection agency. The cost of such actions will be at the debtor's expense and added to the overdue amount owed. Additionally the debtor authorises Kauri Court or their nominated agent(s) to collect any personal guest information required to affect collection of overdue amounts.
Should there be breakages we reserve the right to charge these at replacement cost.
Should property/possessions be inadvertently be left behind we will contact you advising of this. Should it be necessary to courier item(s) this will be at the individuals cost. Any items not claimed after 60 days will be disposed of at the Motel management's discretion.
Motel management accept no liability for loss or damage of/to guest property on site.
Cancellation, we understand plans can change and the expectation is we will be informed as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours from expected arrival. Notification after this may result in the equivalent to the applicable one night's tariff being charged.
Some reservations may be subject to special conditions the booking Party will be notified of these.
By making a reservation at Kauri Court you are acknowledging acceptance of these terms and conditions.
