What your motel check-in and check-out times?
Check in is from 2.00pm and check out is at 10.00am. Request for early arrivals and late departures will be considered at time of booking.


Where are you located on Fitzherbert Avenue? 

Kauri Court Motor Lodge is situated at 248 Fitzherbert Ave, Palmerston North, between the BP. Connect and the Palmerston Girls High School.  We are near the hockey turf, cricket grounds, Esplanade park grounds, Lido swimming complex, and wedding venues.
How far you are from the city centre?
We are within 5 minutes driving time from the town centre and 15 minutes easy walking.
What are the transport options for guests attending Massey University, College of Education or Caccia Birch House?
We provide courtesy car to these venues, and others by arrangement.  All are located within 5 minutes drive.  Fitzherbert Avenue is on the bus route between these education providers and other city locations and there is a bus stop located outside our Motel.   All venues are also within easy walking distance..
 
What are the taxis services at the Palmerston North Airport?In addition to general taxi services, Super Shuttle operates to and from the airport. Reservations for Super Shuttle’s can be made online via their web site www.supershuttle.co.nz or free phone on 0800 shuttle (0800 748 885).

Do you have an on-site restaurant?
No, however there are excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

Will my unit be serviced?
Your room will be serviced and cleaned daily during your stay.

How many guests can your motel accommodate?
We can cater for 36 maximum guests.
How do I make a booking for a large group or sports team?
Please contact us directly via phone or email to discuss your group booking  requirements. Different booking, confirmation and cancellation policies may apply for group bookings and we will advise you of these at the time. A deposit will be required unless alternative arrangements are agreed to.
How do I confirm my stay?
All reservations require a valid credit card number, cardholders name and card expiry date to be accepted. This needs to be supplied at the time the reservation is made.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?  
Yes. We treat the security of our guest’s information very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured by SSL. This encrypts the credit card number so to makes it unavailable to any other party. If still concerned however, download and print our booking form and fax it to us on 06 3566049 with your details.

What is your cancellation policy?  
Unless advised otherwise, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation to receive a full refund.  If you cancel at short notice, or fail to arrive, every endeavour will be made to re-let your booking, however if we are unsuccessful you will be responsible for the balance owing.
